I've set up my phone app but I can't receive calls
If you've scanned your QR code and can make outbound calls but incoming calls aren't coming through, the issue is usually your availability status in the app.
Here's what to do:
Open your 3CX app and look at the top right corner.
Find the person icon with a headset. If it is grey, tap it to turn it blue. This activates call receiving.
Check the small square next to the person icon. If it is any colour other than green, tap it and select Available.
Your person icon should now be blue and your status green. You should now be able to receive calls.
If calls are still not coming through, check your internet connection, a weak connection can prevent incoming calls.
